of my life. In 2015, a traumatic brain injury forced me to slow down, notice the details, and see beauty in the quiet moments I once overlooked. That shift changed everything — it made me realize how fleeting life is, and how important it is to hold onto the moments that matter.
Since then, my camera has been both a tool and a gift. It allows me to preserve the way your child’s hand fits in yours, the way your partner’s eyes soften when they look at you, the way light spills across your kitchen table on a Sunday morning. These are the pieces of life that slip away too quickly — and the ones I’m most passionate about keeping for you.
I show up because I know what it’s like to wish you could go back, just for a moment. My work is my way of giving people that chance — a tangible reminder of how it felt, not just how it looked.
WORK WITH ME
I feel most at home working with people who embrace authenticity — couples who aren’t afraid to laugh loudly or dance barefoot in the grass, families who love the chaos as much as the calm, and individuals who want their portraits to feel like them. My goal is always the same: to create photographs that are as honest and enduring as the memories they hold.
I’m married to my best friend, Chris, and we share our home with the fluffiest Goldendoodle, Conway.
I’m a big fan of girls’ nights, slow mornings with coffee, and one-on-one heart-to-hearts.
I believe life’s better with golden hour light, deep belly laughs, and dessert you don’t have to share.
The lotus flower has long been a symbol of resilience, growth, and transformation. Rooted in the mud, it rises through murky waters and unfolds into radiant beauty—reminding us that struggle and hardship are not the end of the story, but the beginning of becoming.
This symbol reflects my own journey. Living with chronic migraine, fibromyalgia, and the lasting effects of a TBI has taught me what it means to move through pain and uncertainty, yet still choose to grow. Those seasons of slowing down, of learning to find strength in unexpected places, continue to shape not only my life but also my art. In my photography, the lotus comes alive as a reminder that perfection is not the goal. What matters most are the tender, luminous moments born from real life—the laughter that comes after tears, the quiet resilience between loved ones, the beauty woven through imperfection. Just as each lotus blooms uniquely, every story I capture carries its own strength, depth, and glory. The lotus is more than a symbol to me—it is the heart of how I see and create: a promise that even in the murkiest waters, something radiant is waiting to rise.
